Food Investigation: Data & Observations
Understanding Data & Observations
In this short video, we explore the different types of data we can collect and how to make observations in our experiments.
In particular, we look at:-
- measuring the right things
- using viscosity charts
- Munsell colour charts
- how IT can make recording and looking at data in tables and charts easier
We conduct an experiment looking at the effect of egg yolk and mustard as an emulsifier.
