Join our Food and Drink Ambassador scheme
You can join our ‘Food and Drink Ambassador’ scheme. You will receive regular updates on the toolkit and about potential activities and events of interest. It will allow us to see how many hours of outreach our toolkit is helping to deliver.
Finding volunteering opportunities
The STEM Ambassadors platform is great for finding different volunteering opportunities that suit you. Educators or youth group leaders will post requests for a STEM Ambassador that you can register your interest in supporting.
Posting an activity you can offer
STEM Ambassadors can offer activities for teachers or youth group leaders to browse and request. These activities could be anything from a This is Me presentation for 14-year-olds, to a hands-on activity for 7-year-olds.
Finding and registering for training
There are is range of support available for STEM Ambassadors designed to improve your communication and presentation skills, offer tips on working with different age groups, and help you get the most out of volunteering.
Self-reporting your volunteering
You can self-report any volunteering opportunities you have found outside the platform on your STEM Ambassadors account. This is great for keeping your impact up to date and letting us know about all the great volunteering you are carrying out!
